• The property must be either owned or rented by the Member submitting the application.
• Members must maintain an active homeowner's insurance policy if the property is owned, or renter’s insurance if it is rented.
• All entry and exit doors must be capable of being securely locked.
• The home must be free from any known or visible health or safety hazards.
• Properties must be clean and free from significant trash or clutter, and all entryways and exits must be unobstructed.
• Members must adhere to all applicable rules and obligations set by third parties (e.g., landlords, homeowners' associations, local laws) concerning hosting Guests in their home.
• Photos or videos submitted by prospective Members must be current and may not include stock images such as MLS listings.
• Members must inform From nest to nest of any changes in residence or relocation.
• The home must be free of illicit drugs, biohazards, or exposed hazardous substances.
• From nest to nest reserves the sole right to determine whether a home is eligible for listing on the Platform and may suspend or remove any Member at its discretion at any time.
