These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between you and From nest to nest Limited (“From nest to nest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Contract”) concerning your access to and use of the From nest to nest platform, including the website www.fromnesttonest.com and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform as a visitor, newcomer, or Member, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use or access the Platform.
These Terms incorporate and are supplemented by all other policies, rules, and documents referenced herein. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and another policy or document, these Terms will take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Important notice :
- Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
- These Terms include important provisions that limit our liability and require disputes to be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong.
- We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by email and by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your responsibilities :
- You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements related to the use or offering of any Accommodation on the Platform, including the need for permits, licenses, or registrations.
- Host Members are fully responsible for communicating all necessary information regarding the proper use of their Accommodation to Guest Members.
